Crystal Palace shareholder John Textor, who has expressed interest in acquiring Everton, has indicated his willingness to sell his stake in Palace.
As for Branthwaite, Everton values him at around £80 million, but if the club is eager to raise funds, Manchester United might be able to negotiate a lower deal.
