Tottenham Aiming for Early Summer Overhaul
Tottenham Hotspur are hopeful of completing their first major signing before the end of June as part of a planned squad revamp, sources told Football Insider.
Having already secured Timo Werner on loan, Spurs are making progress on multiple deals spearheaded by transfer consultant Fabio Paratici after “exciting” talks with new manager Ange Postecoglou.
The club is working on bringing in a center-back, full-back, forward, and central midfielder as Postecoglou aims to significantly reshape the squad he inherited.
Top targets reportedly include Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher and Brentford striker Ivan Toney, with Spurs expected to beat West Ham in the race for the latter.
Paratici is leading the push to back Postecoglou with new signings, raising hopes that fresh faces could arrive at the club in the coming weeks as a major overhaul gets underway.
