Following a top-four finish last season under Unai Emery, Aston Villa secured a spot in the newly-revamped Champions League.
This achievement will bring increased merit payments from the Premier League and higher facility fees due to more televised games compared to the previous season.
Villa’s impressive run to the semi-finals of the Europa Conference League, where they were eliminated by Olympiacos, is expected to contribute an additional £20 million to their income.
According to The Telegraph, Chris Heck, Villa’s president of business operations, has set a goal to boost the club’s revenue to £400 million by 2027.

Sources have confirmed to Football Insider that Villa have generated approximately £260 million during the 2023-24 season, marking a new record for the club.
In their 2022-23 accounts, the Birmingham-based club reported a revenue increase from £178 million to £217 million following Emery’s first season.
Alongside their on-field success, Villa secured several commercial and sponsorship agreements, including a long-term front-of-shirt deal with Betano and a kit manufacturing deal with Adidas.
The £17 million from the Adidas partnership might not reflect until the 2024-25 accounts, as the deal commences this summer.
Additionally, prize money and commercial bonuses from the Champions League will be recorded in the 2024-25 accounts, positioning Villa to break their revenue record once more and progress towards the £400 million target.
