AliousPSG is eyeing another Lyon talent, Rayan Cherki, following their acquisition of Bradley Barcola last summer.

L’Equipe reports that PSG’s initial offer of €15 million plus €3 million in bonuses was turned down by Lyon, who are pushing for a significant sell-on clause in the deal.
Journalist Robin Bairner, writing for PSG Extra Time, expressed reservations about the potential transfer.
He noted the complex negotiations, likely influenced by Kylian Mbappé’s mother acting as Cherki’s advisor, and the reported reluctance of PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi to approve the move due to tensions with Mbappé’s family.
Bairner also drew parallels to Hatem Ben Arfa’s stint at PSG, questioning whether Cherki could succeed at the top level given his struggles to become a regular starter at Lyon.
He posed the question: “Having failed to make the breakthrough in Lyon, could he do it at PSG?”
