THE BLADES’ DIRTY LITTLE SECRET: “Pundit Uncovers the Concern That Could Derail CHAMPIONSHIP SIDE Transfer Plans and Hand Crystal Palace the UPPER HAND”

Crystal Palace’s Jesurun Rak-Sakyi poised for loan move, drawing attention from several Championship sides.

The young winger impressed during his previous loan at Charlton Athletic, tallying significant goals and assists.

Sheffield United’s reported interest in Rak-Sakyi may be tentative, given their ongoing takeover and tactical system that might not suit the player.

Palace plans to loan out Rak-Sakyi for the upcoming 2024/25 season, with multiple Championship clubs eager to secure his services.

After a successful stint with Charlton two seasons ago, where he scored 15 goals and provided 8 assists in League One, Rak-Sakyi spent last season on the fringes of Palace’s first team. Limited playing time behind established stars Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise led to just 162 Premier League minutes.

New Palace manager Oliver Glasner has decided to sanction another loan move for Rak-Sakyi’s development. This decision has alerted several Championship clubs, with Sunderland, QPR, Stoke City, Luton Town, and Blackburn Rovers reportedly interested.

Sheffield United has also entered the race, adding intrigue to the transfer saga. However, their interest may be complicated by an ongoing takeover process that’s limiting transfer activity.

Pundit Carlton Palmer, speaking to Football League World, offered insights on Sheffield United’s interest, considering their current transfer restrictions and tactical setup that might not align with Rak-Sakyi’s strengths.
