AliousAccording to Sky Sports News, Everton has not shown any willingness to part ways with their 26-year-old Portuguese striker Beto, despite interest from Italian club Bologna.
Beto, who joined Everton just last summer, has yet to make a significant impact under manager Sean Dyche.
In his limited playing time of 941 minutes, he managed to score only three goals for the Merseyside club.
Currently participating in Everton’s pre-season training in Ireland, Beto has caught the attention of Bologna.
The Italian side is considering him as a potential replacement for Joshua Zirkzee, who recently transferred to Manchester United.
However, Everton appears intent on keeping Beto, who is under contract until 2027.
It remains uncertain whether Bologna can persuade Everton to sell the forward in the near future.
Bologna’s participation in next season’s Champions League could potentially work in their favor as they pursue Beto’s signature.
