“SHOCKING BAD NEWS: Everton’s Billionaire Owner EXPOSED in Takeover Disaster!”

Everton’s ownership situation remains unresolved as the new season approaches, with Farhad Moshiri still in charge despite expectations of a change.

Recent weeks have seen a tumultuous journey for Everton fans regarding potential new owners.

The latest setback came when The Friedkin Group’s interest faded, leaving the club in the same position as last season.

With no clear solution in sight, Moshiri has faced criticism from a journalist for his approach to selling the club.

The takeover process has been chaotic, with no progress made in finding a new owner.

Everton spent months in exclusive talks with 777 Partners, which ultimately proved fruitless and wasted valuable time for both the club and Moshiri.

Journalist Philippe Auclair, speaking on The Guardian’s Football Weekly podcast, strongly criticized Moshiri for engaging with 777 Partners at all, citing numerous red flags surrounding the group.

Auclair deemed the prolonged relationship “unforgivable,” especially considering other offers were available and the club has accrued significant debt during this period.

Currently, Everton finds itself back at square one in the search for a new owner, with the Premier League season just two weeks away.

According to financial expert Kieran Maguire, there is a £400 million offer from a London-based party for the entire club.

However, given Everton’s estimated £600 million debt, this offer seems unrealistic and is unlikely to generate much excitement among fans. The club’s ownership situation remains uncertain as they head into the 2024/25 season, mirroring their position at the end of the previous campaign.
