Everton’s manager Sean Dyche has announced his lineup for today’s Premier League season opener against Brighton.
Despite a failed takeover attempt during the summer, Dyche has managed to bolster his squad.
Recognizing the importance of a strong start, especially at home, Dyche faces Brighton under their new manager Fabian Hurzeler.
Last season, both encounters between these teams ended in 1-1 draws.
Jordan Pickford starts in goal, with Ashley Young, James Tarkowski, Michael Keane, and Vitaliy Mykolenko forming the back four.
The midfield consists of
Idrissa Gueye and Tim Ireogbunam, while Jack Harrison, Dwight McNeil, and Abdoulaye Doucoure support striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Dyche’s bench includes new signings
Jesper Lindstrom and Beto, providing additional options if changes are needed.
