Leeds United has announced the signing of Largie Ramazani from Spanish club UD Almería.

The 23-year-old forward has joined on a four-year contract for an undisclosed fee, pending work permit approval.

Ramazani’s career began in Belgian and English academies before he moved to Spain in 2020.

At Almería, he quickly made an impact, scoring in his third appearance and becoming a regular starter.

He played a crucial role in the club’s promotion to La Liga in the 2021/22 season, scoring nine goals as they won the Segunda Division.

In La Liga, Ramazani continued to impress, scoring against top teams like Real Madrid and Sevilla.

His performances earned him a spot on the Belgium Under-21 team, where he scored on his first start and has since represented the country eight times at that level.

Ramazani joins Leeds United after making over 100 appearances for Almería across both La Liga and Segunda Division.

He’s known for his versatility across the front line and is expected to add firepower and experience to Daniel Farke’s squad.

Upon joining Leeds, Ramazani expressed his excitement about playing for such a large club and returning to England.

He’s looking forward to playing in front of the passionate Leeds fans and believes he can bring a unique flair and skill set to the team.

Ramazani will wear the number 17 shirt for Leeds United.
