AliousFabrizio Romano reports on Leeds United’s upcoming transfer plansAccording to Fabrizio Romano, Leeds United is set to bring in Manor Solomon on loan from Tottenham Hotspur to strengthen their wide attacking options.
Romano told Give Me Sport that manager Daniel Farke is already working on the club’s next potential signing.
He explained that Leeds had initially prioritized Largie Ramazani as their primary target for a winger, with negotiations progressing quickly and quietly.
Romano added, “The next priority they’re focusing on is acquiring a striker.
We’ll see who it turns out to be, but Leeds will certainly be active in this regard in the coming days.
“Questions arise about Leeds’ need for another striker, given they already have Patrick Bamford, Mateo Joseph, and Joel Piroe.
With Farke typically using a single-striker formation, adding another forward seems unusual.While Bamford and Piroe have underperformed this season, it’s unlikely that three strikers would be left on the bench. Young talent Mateo Joseph has impressed, earning praise from teammate Wilfried Gnonto for his hard work.Some suggest that signing a central midfielder might be more logical, as Leeds currently have limited options in that area. However, recent reports indicate that Philip Billing is unlikely to join the club.
