Isaac Schmidt is set to join Leeds United before the transfer deadline, as indicated by his agent Steven Lang’s social media post.
Lang shared an image of Elland Road’s West Stand entrance on his Instagram story.
Schmidt, a 24-year-old full-back from St. Gallen, is expected to be Leeds’ final signing of the summer transfer window, according to Graham Smyth’s report on August 30.
This addition will bring Daniel Farke’s squad to 23 players.
Lang’s post has alleviated concerns among Leeds supporters about the transfer.
Schmidt, who can play on both sides of the defense, will compete with new signing Jayden Bogle and Junior Firpo for a spot in the team.

Leeds have also secured Japan international midfielder Ao Tanaka from Fortuna Dusseldorf, strengthening their squad for their Championship campaign.
While no further signings are anticipated beyond Schmidt, Leeds’ squad now appears more robust than it did following Georginio Rutter’s departure to Brighton last week.
With these additions and by retaining their key players, Leeds seem better positioned to pursue their goal of automatic promotion to the Premier League.
