INJURY APOCALYPSE: Sunderland’s NIGHTMARE Hits as THREE Star Players RULED OUT in Millwall Showdown!

Sunderland’s Championship Clash with Millwall: A Battle Against Adversity

Sunderland face Millwall at The Den on Saturday under significant pressure, with three critical players set to miss the crucial away fixture.

Currently leading the Championship on goal difference and level with Sheffield United at 31 points, the Black Cats’ momentum could be tested by these key absences.

Jobe Bellingham will serve his final suspension following a red card in the recent goalless draw with QPR.

Notably, Sunderland are yet to secure a victory without the former Birmingham youngster, highlighting his importance to the team’s performance.

Two other integral players, right-back Trai Hume and right winger Patrick Roberts, will also be sidelined after collecting their fifth yellow cards of the season during the match against Coventry.

Hume, who has played every minute of Championship action this season, and Roberts, who has contributed four goals in the league, represent significant losses for Regis Le Bris’ unbeaten side.

Despite being winless in their last three matches – all draws – Sunderland will be determined to overcome these challenges and maintain their top-of-the-table position when they visit Neil Harris’ Millwall, who currently sit eighth in the Championship.
