“Nottingham Forest Eye Blockbuster £40m+ Swoop for Brazil’s Next Superstar!”

Nottingham Forest are closely monitoring an emerging Brazilian star with a £41 million release clause, according to recent reports.

After a surprising start to the 2024/25 Premier League season, the Reds, led by Nuno Espirito Santo, are exploring January reinforcements to solidify their push for European qualification.

### **Nottingham Forest’s Transfer Plans**

The January transfer window is a critical period for teams to fine-tune their squads, and Forest seems intent on making strategic moves to build on their strong start. One such target is **Mathys Tel**, a promising young forward from Bayern Munich.

Limited to minimal playing time this season, Tel is reportedly open to a loan move, and Forest has approached Bayern about bringing him in temporarily.

While the German club is likely to approve, the final decision lies with Tel himself.

At the same time, Forest is determined to keep their squad intact, even as top clubs circle their key players.

Reports suggest that both Barcelona and Real Madrid are keeping tabs on **Murillo**, Forest’s highly-rated Brazilian defender.

The player is rumored to be preparing for a move to a bigger club, which could be a significant concern for the Reds as they aim to maintain their competitive edge.

### **Forest Target Brazilian Sensation Lorran**

In addition to pursuing Tel, Forest is eyeing **Lorran**, an 18-year-old prodigy currently playing for Flamengo.

According to *On The Minute*, Lorran is viewed as one of Brazil’s brightest young talents and has already made waves across Flamengo’s youth and senior teams.

This year, he has scored one goal for Flamengo’s first team and is highly regarded for his versatility, excelling both as a winger and in central positions.

Lorran’s potential has attracted interest from several Premier League clubs, including West Ham, Brighton, and Aston Villa.

Even Manchester United has been linked with the youngster, reportedly considering a swap deal involving Antony.

Despite his €50 million (£41 million) release clause, Flamengo may be open to negotiating a lower fee, increasing Forest’s chances of securing his signature.

### **Lorran’s Stats (2024)**
– **Appearances**: 37
– **Goals**: 4
– **Assists**: 5

With Lorran keen on a move to the Premier League, Forest could position themselves as frontrunners by making a decisive move in January.

Securing the Flamengo starlet would not only strengthen their attacking options but also signal their ambition to compete at the highest levels.

As the transfer window approaches, Forest’s ability to balance squad improvements with holding onto key players like Murillo will define their success in the second half of the season.
