“I think Regis Le Bris is spot on with his decision to let these three players go, said Carlton Palmer”. “They’re not good enough for Sunderland AFC, and it’s time for the club to move on.

“Le Bris has a clear vision for the team, and he needs players who can execute that vision. If these three players can’t cut it, then it’s time for them to go.

“I think the fans will back Le Bris on this one. They want to see a team that’s competing at the top end of the table, and they know that means making tough decisions.

“Le Bris is doing what’s best for the club, and I think he’ll be vindicated in the long run.”
