“David Moyes’ Bold Plan to Transform £19m Everton star and Make Him World’s Most Valuable Player after tracking him for years

David Moyes has a challenging mission ahead as he takes the reins at Everton, tasked with reversing the club’s struggles and injecting much-needed momentum into their season. The Toffees have endured a dismal run of form, failing to secure a win in their last six games, with their offensive output grinding to a halt. This has left the team teetering just one point above the Premier League relegation zone. Moyes has been brought in to stabilize the situation and reignite the positive atmosphere at Goodison Park, which has been noticeably absent this campaign.

The Scotsman’s return to Everton got off to a shaky start with a narrow 1-0 loss to Aston Villa, but he has an opportunity to make amends and secure his first points in charge as Tottenham Hotspur visit Goodison Park. Moyes has placed a significant emphasis on improving Everton’s attacking play during training sessions, signaling a shift towards a more aggressive and proactive approach.

In addition to refining tactics, Moyes is also looking to rejuvenate the squad by granting fresh opportunities to fringe players, with one name standing out as a key focus in his plans for the remainder of the season.

### Moyes to Feature Jesper Lindstrøm in a Bigger Role
As reported by the *Daily Mail*, Moyes intends to offer Jesper Lindstrøm significantly more game time moving forward. The Danish midfielder, who arrived at Everton on loan from Napoli with a £19m buy option, has struggled for regular minutes this season. Despite starting only seven Premier League matches, Moyes has long been an admirer of Lindstrøm, having tracked him closely during his time at Eintracht Frankfurt.

Moyes has already shared his vision for Lindstrøm’s role, indicating a preference to deploy him as a right-winger rather than on the left, where he has occasionally been utilized. The decision reflects Moyes’ belief in Lindstrøm’s potential to thrive and contribute more effectively in a position that suits his natural abilities.

### Lindstrøm Must Prove Himself to Secure His Everton Future
The coming months represent a critical juncture for Lindstrøm, who is effectively auditioning to earn a permanent stay at Goodison Park. His performances between now and the end of the season will determine whether Everton activates the £19m buy option in his loan agreement. At present, that outcome seems uncertain, making it imperative for the Denmark international to step up and justify Moyes’ confidence in him.

Lindstrøm himself has acknowledged the need for improvement. Speaking to the *Liverpool Echo* in November, he expressed a desire to make a stronger impact:
“Of course, I am happier when I get to play more football—it’s my job. The more time I get, the calmer I become in situations. The thing I’ve been missing is the final pass, the final shot. That is what I’m working on now.”

Aware of the stakes, Lindstrøm added:
“I’m here for the season, then we will see what happens. I have to show that I am good enough to stay.”

For Moyes, unlocking Lindstrøm’s potential could provide a vital boost as he looks to steer Everton away from danger and lay the foundation for long-term success. For Lindstrøm, it’s a chance to prove his worth and cement his place in Moyes’ vision for the club.
