“Transfer Bombshell: Star Player Eyes Move to Nottingham Forest or One Other EPL GIANT as Nuno’s Side Prepares Massive Bid!”

Juventus midfielder Douglas Luiz is reportedly eyeing a transfer to either Manchester City or Nottingham Forest during the winter window, according to *Bolvaip Brasil*. The report highlights the growing interest from the Premier League duo in the 26-year-old, who has struggled for consistent playing time since joining the Serie A side from Aston Villa last summer.

Luiz has endured a challenging stint in Turin, managing just four starts across all competitions this season. His lack of game time, coupled with a recent injury, has hindered his chances of securing a recall to Brazil’s national team. With no call-ups in September or October, Luiz is reportedly eager to leave Juventus in hopes of reviving his international career.

The Brazilian outlet claims that Luiz is particularly interested in joining either Nottingham Forest or Manchester City this month. While Forest has been heavily linked with the midfielder in recent weeks, earlier reports from Italy dismissed the club as a potential destination. However, this new update suggests Luiz is open to the move, contrary to previous speculation.

Manchester City, led by Pep Guardiola, are also in the mix. The Premier League champions are said to prefer a loan deal for Luiz without an obligation to buy, a proposal that may not align with Juventus’ plans. The Turin club reportedly favors a permanent transfer or a loan deal that includes a mandatory purchase clause.

Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest could have an edge in the race, as the report indicates that Nuno Espírito Santo’s side is prepared to make a “large investment” to secure Luiz’s signature. Although specific figures remain unclear, this willingness to meet Juventus’ demands could tilt the balance in Forest’s favor.

Luiz’s struggles in Italy, combined with his ambitions to reclaim a spot on the national team, make a January transfer increasingly likely. With both Nottingham Forest and Manchester City vying for his services, the midfielder’s future could be decided in the final days of the window.
