“FURIOUS McCoist ERUPTS Over ‘RIDICULOUS’ Rangers Decision – Scotland Legend EXPOSES VAR CONSPIRACY That ROBBED His Former Club! Fans OUTRAGED!”

Ally McCoist has slammed the controversial decision to disallow Rangers’ third goal against Fenerbahce, calling it “ridiculous.”

The former Rangers striker and co-commentator was left unimpressed as VAR overturned the on-field decision and ruled out Cyriel Dessers’ second-half strike.

Rangers’ Frustration with VAR

Dessers had already opened the scoring for Rangers before Alexander Djiku equalized for Fenerbahce around the half-hour mark. Vaclav Cerny then restored Rangers’ lead just before halftime, sending them into the break with a 2-1 advantage.

Shortly after the restart, Dessers appeared to have extended the lead to 3-1 after pouncing on a rebound when Nico Raskin’s shot was parried into the box. However, after a brief VAR check, the goal was chalked off, and a free-kick was awarded to Fenerbahce, with Dessers ruled offside before finishing.

Since offside decisions are classified as factual calls, the referee did not need to review the incident, with VAR officials making the final determination.

McCoist Blasts Offside Decision

McCoist was visibly unconvinced by the ruling and voiced his frustration as the VAR-drawn offside lines were displayed.

That’s ridiculous, McCoist exclaimed. *”Are they really giving that offside for his left arm? It looks like they might be.”*

Dessers thought he had finally secured a two-goal cushion for Rangers moments later when he found the net again. However, once more, VAR intervened and disallowed the goal, with replays showing yet another razor-thin offside decision against the striker.
