“Jobe Bellingham Set for Big Move?” – Sky Sports Pundit Hints at Transfer as Dortmund Eyes Sunderland Star
Sky Sports pundit Don Goodman has praised Sunderland’s Jobe Bellingham, signaling a potential future move to top-tier clubs, especially if the Black Cats miss out on promotion this season.
Bellingham, a 19-year-old midfield dynamo, has impressed with his maturity, technical skills, and versatility, catching the attention of Borussia Dortmund, where his brother Jude previously rose to prominence.
Goodman, speaking to Football League World, emphasized Bellingham’s remarkable season and hinted that, regardless of Sunderland’s Championship status, his future likely lies in a top-flight league.
Goodman added that it would not be surprising to see big clubs like Dortmund chase Bellingham, especially considering the club’s connection to his family.
The Bundesliga side, in particular, has been linked to the youngster, partly due to a recommendation from scout Daniel Dodds, who previously worked with Jobe at Birmingham and Sunderland.
This connection has fueled speculation that Jobe could follow his brother Jude’s footsteps to Dortmund, even as Premier League clubs like Manchester United are also reportedly keeping a close eye on his progress.
