With the Premier Sports Cup semi-finals approaching, SPFL Mediawatch has revealed the breakdown of prize-money earned by every competing club so far this season. Predictably, Rangers and Celtic are the joint top earners, but several other sides have pocketed impressive sums from their cup runs.
Rangers booked their Hampden spot with a much-needed 2–0 victory over Hibs at Ibrox. The Gers had an early scare when Martin Boyle thought he’d opened the scoring, only for VAR to rule the goal out for handball.
