Reports from Brazil confirm that Internacional have now placed a fixed €12 million price tag on the 20-year-old. This figure is considered both realistic and necessary: it reflects Prado’s rising potential while giving the club an immediate financial boost. It’s also a much clearer valuation compared to the previous €10m–€20m range.
Competition Heating Up
Brighton are not alone. Interest in Prado has expanded beyond Europe, with clubs from Spain and Saudi Arabia making enquiries.
Spain is seen internally as the ideal next step for the midfielder’s development.
Saudi clubs, however, remain a major threat due to their financial muscle.
Prado has played 38 games this season, earning consistent praise from coaches and staff.
