O’Rourke confirmed that Spurs are actively exploring centre-back options but warned that signing the South Korean international would not be straightforward. He acknowledged that Kim possesses the qualities needed to thrive in the Premier League but emphasised that competition for his signature would be intense.
With several clubs monitoring his situation at Bayern — particularly if he signals a desire to leave — Tottenham may find negotiations challenging if they decide to pursue the deal.
