AliousIgor Tudor has stepped down as head coach of Tottenham Hotspur after just 44 days in charge, with sources close to the situation pointing to growing frustration with the club’s ownership under ENIC Group as a key factor behind his exit.
Tudor, who arrived on February 13 following the departure of Thomas Frank, oversaw only seven matches during a turbulent spell that saw Spurs slide dangerously close to relegation. However, rather than a straightforward dismissal, it is understood that the Croatian tactician, along with his backroom staff, reached a breaking point amid internal disagreements over direction, resources, and decision-making at board level.
Backroom team follow Tudor out
Alongside Tudor, goalkeeping coach Tomislav Rogic and physical coach Riccardo Ragnacci have also left their roles, with all three figures believed to share concerns over structural issues within the club.

However, insiders suggest Tudor felt he was working under severe limitations, inheriting an imbalanced squad without the ability to make immediate corrections — a frustration reportedly shared by his staff.
