Shock Selection! Nuno Espirito Santo Stuns Fans with Bold Line-Up for Crucial Nottingham Forest vs Brighton Showdown

**Nuno Espirito Santo Unveils Nottingham Forest Line-Up with Tactical Shake-Up for Crucial Brighton Clash**

Nottingham Forest head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has announced his starting XI for today’s pivotal Premier League encounter against Brighton & Hove Albion at the City Ground.

Forest head into the match eager to rebound from last weekend’s heavy 5-0 defeat to Bournemouth, which ended their impressive nine-game unbeaten streak across all competitions. Despite that setback, the Reds remain in third place and firmly in the hunt for a remarkable season. Nuno has urged his side to deliver a strong response, with no signs of panic within the squad.

The Reds are still without Callum Hudson-Odoi, who continues to recover from a groin injury. Nuno has opted for three changes to the starting line-up, introducing Morato and Danilo while Ryan Yates and Jota Silva drop to the bench. Danilo’s inclusion is particularly notable as it marks his first start since returning from a broken ankle sustained on the opening day of the season.

Morato’s selection signals a tactical adjustment, with Forest set to deploy a back three featuring Morato, Nikola Milenkovic, and Murillo ahead of goalkeeper Matz Sels. Danilo will partner Elliot Anderson in central midfield, flanked by Ola Aina and Neco Williams operating as wing-backs.

Offensively, Nuno could line his team up in either a 3-4-3 or a 3-4-2-1 formation. In the former, Anthony Elanga and Morgan Gibbs-White are expected to support central striker Chris Wood, providing pace and creativity in the final third.

There’s a boost on the bench with the return of Ibrahim Sangare, making his first matchday squad appearance since August following his recovery from a hamstring injury. He’s joined by Carlos Miguel, Taiwo Awoniyi, Nicolas Dominguez, Alex Moreno, Jota, Yates, Ramon Sosa, and Willy Boly as substitutes.

**Nottingham Forest Starting XI:**
Sels; Milenkovic, Murillo, Morato; Aina, Danilo, Anderson, Williams; Elanga, Wood, Gibbs-White.

**Substitutes:**
Miguel, Sangare, Awoniyi, Dominguez, Moreno, Jota, Yates, Sosa, Boly.
