Wolves Stars Determined to Deliver Molineux Send-Off Fans “Deserve” After Tough Run

Despite a rocky end to the season, Wolverhampton Wanderers are determined to finish their campaign on a high note, with players rallying behind the fans ahead of their final home match against Brentford.

Wolves had looked safe under head coach Vítor Pereira, who impressively steered the team away from relegation danger earlier in the season. But three straight defeats have taken some shine off the survival success, leaving the players eager to make amends when they return to Molineux this Sunday.

Speaking ahead of the clash, defender Toti emphasised the importance of giving something back to the fans who stood by them through the ups and downs. “We’ve got one last game at home and we’re counting on that home advantage,” Toti said. “We’re going all in. Not just for ourselves—but for the fans. They’ve been amazing, and we want to give them a win to take into the summer. They deserve it.”

His sentiments were shared by forward Hwang Hee-chan, who underscored the weight of the final fixture: “It’s one of the most important games for us. We all know it, and we’re fully focused on ending the season with a performance the fans can be proud of.”

With little left to play for in terms of table position, the message from the Wolves camp is clear—Sunday is all about pride, gratitude, and giving the Molineux faithful the parting gift of victory.
