Crystal Palace are set to open fresh contract negotiations with manager Oliver Glasner following his historic FA Cup triumph, as the club looks to secure its long-term future under his leadership.
According to *Football Insider*, Palace will initiate talks with Glasner next week, with discussions expected to accelerate throughout the summer. Former Manchester United and Blackburn Rovers chief scout Mick Brown, who remains closely connected within top football circles, confirmed that the South London club is now prioritizing the manager’s extension following their recent success at Wembley.
This move follows Palace chairman Steve Parish’s public admission that the club is keen to extend Glasner’s deal, albeit under terms that benefit both sides. Speaking to *The Guardian*, Parish remarked, “We want to try and extend his contract, but it has to be right for everybody.”
Glasner, who has been linked with managerial vacancies at both Tottenham Hotspur and RB Leipzig, has quickly won admiration for the turnaround he’s overseen at Selhurst Park.
