The 28-year-old, who has just one year left on his contract at relegated Southampton, is expected to depart St Mary’s in the coming weeks. His consistent performances, versatility, and top-flight experience have reportedly drawn interest from several Premier League clubs, including Fulham and previously West Ham United.
Walker-Peters has been a mainstay for the Saints since his move from Tottenham in 2020, notching over 200 appearances and 35 outings in the most recent campaign. His ability to play on both the right and left sides of defence makes him a valuable target — especially for Brighton, who are reshuffling their full-back options.
Tariq Lamptey is widely expected to leave the Seagulls when his contract expires this summer, with interest from Fulham, Ajax, and Everton.
