According to *Sky Sports News*, the Premier League side is closely monitoring the Northern Ireland international, who has rapidly emerged as a vital cog in Regis Le Bris’ squad.

Hume, 23, played a pivotal role in Sunderland’s return to the top flight after eight years away, earning the club’s Player of the Season award. The right-back featured in 48 matches across all competitions, contributing three goals and consistently impressing with his technical ability and work rate. His rise has made him one of Sunderland’s most valuable assets, and his development has drawn interest not only from Wolves but also from Everton and multiple La Liga clubs.
