Tottenham’s Brutal Decision: Star Player Set for Shock Exit! Here’s Why They Want Him Out!

Luton Town have entered the race to sign Tottenham Hotspur centre-back Japhet Tanganga, as reported by Sky Sports journalist Lyall Thomas.

Tanganga spent the latter part of last season on loan at Millwall, where he impressed enough for the club to seek a permanent deal.

Despite signing a long-term contract in 2020, Tanganga is set to be released on June 30th, allowing clubs to sign him on a free transfer.

The 25-year-old defender is expected to have several options in the coming weeks.

Millwall’s manager, Neil Harris, will aim to secure Tanganga’s return, given his familiarity with the club and the English capital.

However, Millwall faces significant competition for Tanganga.

According to Thomas, other Championship teams, including Luton, are also interested in acquiring the defender.

A move to the second tier might offer Tanganga more regular playing time than he had at Spurs.

Italian Serie A clubs are also reportedly in the running, and Tanganga will take time to consider his options before deciding on his future.

Millwall has not yet reached an agreement with Tanganga, leaving the door open for other clubs to make their offers.

Tanganga’s decision will be challenging, as he must weigh the benefits of staying in England versus moving to Italy.

A permanent move to Millwall could be advantageous due to his previous successful loan spell.

Alternatively, joining Luton, which is close to London and has promotion ambitions, could also be appealing if he receives assurances about his playing time.

Moving to Serie A could provide Tanganga with valuable experience in a top European league, potentially paving the way for a future return to the Premier League.
