Man United Set to Battle Tottenham for Crystal Palace Star Eberechi Eze
Manchester United are gearing up to compete with Tottenham Hotspur for the signature of Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze in the upcoming summer transfer window, sources have informed Football Insider.
Eze, 25, had an impressive 2023-24 season at Selhurst Park, further elevating his status with a call-up to the England squad for the European Championships in Germany.

Tottenham have long admired the attacking midfielder and are keen to secure a summer deal with their London rivals.
However, a reliable source has now disclosed to Football Insider that Manchester United are “very much in the race” to sign Eze.
Eze is reportedly high on Man United’s list of potential targets and fits the criteria set by the new INEOS recruitment team at Old Trafford.
The two clubs, both set to compete in the Europa League next season, will vie for the midfielder when the transfer window opens on Friday, June 14.
Despite struggling with injuries during the 2023-24 season, Eze made 31 appearances across all competitions, starting 26 of those games.
He scored 11 goals and provided six assists, including three goals in the last two matches of the season against Wolves and Aston Villa.
Eze signed a new four-year contract with Crystal Palace in November 2023.
He joined Palace from Queens Park Rangers in 2020 and has since earned four caps for the England national team.
