LEEDS UNITED OBSESSION! “The Surprising Reason Why He is Desperate to Join the Whites”

Sheffield United’s young striker has turned down a contract extension, signaling his intention to seek opportunities elsewhere. HITC Sport has identified him as a prime target for Leeds United, a fellow Championship club.

The 20-year-old Jebbison saw limited action last season, making only one appearance due to health issues and injuries. Sheffield United, along with Luton Town and Burnley, were relegated from the Premier League and are now preparing for life in the Championship under Chris Wilder’s management.

According to Sky Sports, the forward has declined to remain with the South Yorkshire club, making him available on a free transfer to other teams, including potential suitors Leeds United.

Jebbison’s departure represents a significant loss for Sheffield United as they aim for an immediate return to the top flight. His potential and value to the squad will be missed as they embark on the new season.

His availability may spark interest from various clubs, with Leeds United being a notable contender. The Whites, who narrowly missed promotion after losing to Southampton in the play-off final, are led by Daniel Farke and are looking to strengthen their squad.

Canadian-born Jebbison moved to England in 2017 and was quickly signed by Sheffield United. He has made 35 appearances for the club across all competitions, scoring three goals. His development included loan spells at Chorley and Burton Albion.

As Jebbison considers his future, he’ll need to carefully evaluate his options, particularly in light of interest from Leeds United. A key factor in his decision will likely be the prospect of regular playing time at his next destination.
