Reports from last month indicated that several major clubs, including Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Tottenham Hotspur, have shown interest in the Rennes prospect.
Foot Mercato reports that PSG has made an offer of €40 million, with an additional €10 million in bonuses, for Doué.
However, Rennes is holding firm on their asking price of €50 million plus add-ons. Negotiations are ongoing.
According to journalist Abdellah Boulma, Doué aims to settle his future before the 2024 Paris Olympics begin on July 26th.
The young player is part of the French squad competing for gold on home turf.
Doué had an impressive 2023-24 season, featuring in 43 matches and contributing four goals and six assists across all competitions for Rennes.
His market value could potentially rise even further if he performs well for France in the Olympics.
