AliousFormer Everton CEO Keith Wyness believes West Ham should strongly consider signing Dominic Calvert-Lewin this summer.
Speaking on a podcast, Wyness, who now advises top clubs, estimates Everton might sell the striker for £25-30 million.
West Ham has reportedly shown interest in Calvert-Lewin as they seek to bolster their attacking options.
The 27-year-old striker’s contract with Everton expires in 2025, and he hasn’t agreed to an extension yet.
Wyness praised Calvert-Lewin’s abilities, calling him a top-tier Premier League striker when fit.
He noted the player’s previous England national team selection and commended Sean Dyche’s management of Calvert-Lewin’s injuries last season.
While Wyness hopes Everton can retain Calvert-Lewin, especially with the prospect of a new stadium, he believes West Ham would be making a smart move if they could secure him for around £25 million.
He emphasized that Calvert-Lewin understands Everton well but maintained that, if available, West Ham should pursue the transfer, provided the striker remains fit.
