SEAMUS COLEMAN REPLACED? Everton’s Move for Tchatchoua Sparks Panic Among Fans

Everton has reportedly made a £6.8 million bid for a 22-year-old defender, according to Italian sources.

The club has already signed players like Jake O’Brien, Iliman Ndiaye, and Jesper Lindstrom (on loan from Juventus) this summer.

However, they’ve lost Amadou Onana to Aston Villa and face potential departures of other key players.

Everton is considering several midfield options to replace Onana, including Kalvin Phillips, Richard Rios, and Habib Diarra.

They’re also eyeing Tammy Abraham as a potential striker.

The latest rumor suggests Everton has offered £6.8 million plus bonuses for Hellas Verona’s right-back Jackson Tchatchoua.

Verona is reportedly holding out for £8.5 million.

Tchatchoua, who has a contract until 2027, made 26 league appearances last season and has two caps for Cameroon.

Everton sees Tchatchoua as a potential long-term solution at right-back, where they currently rely on aging players like Seamus Coleman and Ashley Young.

The club must now decide whether to meet Verona’s asking price for the promising defender.
