The 19-year-old Brazilian striker, who joined Barcelona in 2023 for a substantial fee, seems to have fallen out of favor quickly.
Several clubs, including Everton, Nottingham Forest, Girona, Porto, and Real Sociedad, have shown interest.
Barcelona reportedly wants to resolve Roque’s situation before their first league match, preferably recouping most of the £25 million they initially paid for him.
The total fee could potentially rise to £60 million with bonuses.
Roque, born in Timoteo, Brazil, has been on many top clubs’ radars.
His signing by Barcelona was part of a trend of European clubs acquiring young Brazilian talents directly from South America, inspired by Real Madrid’s success with Vinicius Jr.
Despite limited opportunities at Barcelona, Roque’s potential remains high, having scored two goals in two La Liga starts last season and impressive performances in Brazil before his transfer.
