Liverpool are running out of time to make a signing this transfer window, with only six days left.
While they’re set to bring in two academy players, Alvin Ayman and Rio Ngumoha, neither will join the first team immediately.
The club is considering goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili, who might be loaned back to Valencia if signed.
Liverpool hasn’t finalized any deal with Valencia yet, but there’s potential for negotiation as Valencia is interested in Stefan Bajcetic.
However, Bajcetic’s former club, Celta Vigo, along with several other teams, are also eyeing the player.
Meanwhile, Liverpool and Manchester City are reportedly preparing bids for Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze.
Other clubs, including Arsenal, have been deterred by Palace’s high asking price, rumored to be around £60-70 million.
This valuation is similar to what Palace wants for Marc Guehi and slightly higher than what they received for Michael Olise from Bayern Munich earlier in the summer.
