Robinson highlighted Manor Solomon as a clever, Premier League-quality signing, but suggested other additions like Rothwell, Ramazani, and Tanaka might not have fit into last year’s team. He emphasized that multiple people should be held accountable, noting that while the manager doesn’t have the final say on transfers, it appeared that balancing the books was prioritized over entering the transfer market.
The late signings of Ramazani, Solomon, Tanaka, and Schmidt followed earlier additions of Rodon, Rothwell, and Bogle.
Fans were underwhelmed by the club’s lack of urgency in finding replacements for departed stars, fearing another relegation battle.
Despite recent improved form, there’s a prevailing concern that Farke lacks depth across all positions, which could become problematic later in the season.
